I had one of these kits before. And I loved using it. And then Bill & I split up: we were forced to pick and choose what we wanted to keep from our mutually acquired collection of sex toys. I love, love this egg/bullet kit. Anyone who has ever used a wireless bullet that comes in a dildo knows they suck. Period. The smaller bullet in this kit is absolutely perfect for inserting into the bases of silicone dildos and cock rings. And that's what I use it for 95% of the time. It is worth the few extra dollars to get both the smaller and larger bullet though- every once in awhile I'll use just the large bullet to pleasure myself. And I do own a few cock rings that take the larger bullet. And yes the smaller bullet is compatible with both Tantus and Vixen products.
So for the product itself. There are two bullets, one egg shaped and one shaped like the popular watch battery taking silver ones. Only one can be inserted at a time into the hand control. There are 35 total settings, high continuous being my favorite. The buttons are very easy to push and this isn't too harsh on batteries. It takes 2-AA batteries (not included) and rechargeables work just fine in this. The smaller bullet is quieter than the larger one, though both on their highest settings could be heard through a closed door. Basically everyone who owns a toy that takes a silver bullet/watch batteries needs to invest in one of these. Now.

Have you tried other bullet/egg vibes like this sort, the handpack, other than your Xtreme Gspot? Wondering how this stacks up to others.
Do you think it's better/worse/same than the Gspot version?
I have tried about 5-6 various bullets. This is by far my favorite due to the various settings.
I think this is just different than the g-spot. They each have their very distinct uses. The g-spot works great on the clit, while this works great in other toys. It all depends on what you want.
