SexToy.com: Moist Lubricant

I love lubricant. I really do. I am on a quest, if you will, to find the perfect water based lubricant. I use it quite frequently, both for sex and for toy play. I was quite excited to try Moist lubricant from SexToy.com.

It was sealed in a plastic bag in a discreet shipping box. This shows the care that is taken by SexToy.com. It's always disappointing to receive a shipment, only to find liquid has covered your other items. I cut the plastic bag open and was quite excited about the container the lubricant comes in. It's surprisingly sturdy and it's something I could leave setting next to my bed without raising too many eyebrows. It'd really be awesome if the printed part was a sticker that I could peel off, but that's okay.

I was a little surprised to see that this lubricant doesn't have a safety seal or an expiration date. The clear liquid looked in good condition and the pump still had air in it, meaning no one had previously pumped it. A few pumps later and I had a perfect dallop on my finger tips. I began rubbing them together vigorously to get a feel for this lube. It lasted awhile and didn't get tacky. Once it dried, I could feel a slight residue.

Moist lubricant certainly has an interesting ingredient list compared to other water based lubes I've tried: Aloe Vera, Nettle Extract, Rosemary Extract, Balm Mint Extract, Ginseng Extract, Water, Glycerin, and then a variety of chemical sounding things I'm guessing are used as stabilizers and to help the lubricant maintain its integrity. Moist lube won't stain sheets and is safe with all toys types, as well as condoms.

So how did it work for sex & solo play? Fair at best. It didn't seem to last very long and I found myself needing to apply more than usual for sex. I also had to apply it more frequently. Solo play was fair. It didn't impress me more so than any other water based lubricant and I once again found myself having to reapply it more frequently than I usually require.

While the bottle is cute and the pump delivers the seemingly perfect amount of lubricant, Moist lubricant just didn't stand up to my needs in the bedroom.

Check out the selection of sex toys and wide variety of Lotions & Lubes at SexToy.com.

I didn't like Moist, either. I liked that it was slippery and spread well, but it was almost TOO slippery and took away all of the friction with even the tiniest drop. There are so many better water-based lubricants out there!

I'm a fan of FF Toyfluid at the moment (but that has to be taken with a grain of salt since I haven't yet tried Maximus...)

I wanted to try this lube as I haven't yet. Have your tried Good Clean Love or Yes lube yet? They are both organic and my fav lubes right now. GCL is really tasty too as it has natural vanilla in it!
